Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. About these terms

In these Terms, "UN Creations", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating this website; "you" and "your" refer to any visitor or customer. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and online shop (shop.uncreations.co.uk), purchases, standard and customised products, and our design and approval process. Our shop is hosted using Shopify; your purchase contract is with UN Creations, not Shopify. By using our website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns/Refunds & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing here excludes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Business information

UN Creations — 3dprinting@uncreations.co.uk · +44 7587 162296 · 38 Oak Road, Salford M7 2HP, United Kingdom.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep your account credentials safe. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material breach of these Terms.

4. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Images, previews and renders are illustrative; colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screens, material batches and the manufacturing process. Minor characteristics inherent in 3D printing — visible layer lines, minor support marks, seams, small texture or colour variations — are normal and not necessarily defects. Dimensions may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

5. Product use and safety

Products must only be used for the purpose described and in line with any instructions or warnings. Unless expressly identified as suitable, our products must not be relied upon as medical/therapeutic devices, PPE, safety-critical or load-bearing components, food-contact products, products for high temperatures or open flames, or toys for unsupervised use by children. This does not exclude our responsibility where a product is unsafe, faulty, misdescribed, or supplied in breach of law.

6. Customised and personalised products

A customised product is made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. We discuss your requirements, prepare or describe a proposed design, you check all details carefully, and we ask for your clear written approval. Production begins only after written approval and any required payment. Once approved and production has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled, changed or returned for change of mind, and customised products generally cannot be resold. A product is not defective merely because we accurately reproduced information or artwork you supplied and approved — unless we made the error or the product materially differs from the approved design. Customised products remain protected where faulty, damaged, misdescribed, unsafe, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the approved design.

7. Customer-supplied designs and content

You must have the rights and permissions for any material you submit, and must not ask us to reproduce material that infringes another's rights or is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, hateful, or exploitative. We may refuse or cancel such work. You retain ownership of what you supply and grant us permission to use it only as needed to deliver your order. We will not use a customer's personalised design, name, photographs or private order details in advertising without permission. Intellectual property in original designs and production files created by UN Creations remains ours unless agreed in writing.

8. Placing and accepting orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation or, for a customised product, when we confirm acceptance and begin the agreed work. We may decline or cancel before acceptance (e.g. unavailable product, undeliverable address, unauthorised payment, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or where we cannot safely or lawfully manufacture it). If we cancel after taking payment, we refund the relevant amount.

9. Prices and payment

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error. Prices include applicable UK taxes where required; delivery and other mandatory charges are displayed before you order. Processing may be provided by Shopify or another secure provider.

10. Pricing and listing errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, availability information or technical mistakes. If an obvious error affects an order, we will contact you; you may confirm with the corrected information or cancel for a full refund.

11. Delivery

Destinations, production times, estimates, charges and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within the timeframe required by consumer law. Risk remains with us until the product is delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you identify to receive it.

12. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Returns/Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Standard products have a 30-day return policy. Customised products cannot normally be cancelled or returned for change of mind after written approval and the start of production; this does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, unsafe, incorrect, or materially different products.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted access, and may restrict access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Changes will not affect an order we have already accepted unless agreed with you or required by law.

14. Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently; attempt unauthorised access; introduce harmful code; interfere with security or operation; scrape content disruptively; impersonate others; submit false information; infringe rights; or harass, threaten or harm anyone.

15. Intellectual property

The website and its content are owned by or licensed to UN Creations and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit, republish or distribute our content without written permission, except where the law permits.

16. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and contains nothing unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing or private. You grant us permission to display and format it in connection with our website and marketing. We may moderate content that breaches these Terms, the law or platform rules, and will not suppress a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavourable.

17. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services (Shopify, payment processors, delivery companies, social platforms), each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party content not under our control. Where we appoint a third party to perform part of our contract with you, this does not remove any responsibility we have under consumer law.

18. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

19. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control, provided we take reasonable steps to reduce its effect, tell you about a material delay where possible, and continue as soon as practicable. This does not remove any cancellation, refund or delivery right under consumer law.

20. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, loss caused by inaccurate information or materials you supplied, loss from using a product contrary to its description or safety instructions, or business losses. Nothing excludes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud; faulty or misdescribed goods; breach of mandatory consumer rights; or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms or used the website unlawfully; this does not cancel an accepted order unless we have a lawful reason. Provisions on intellectual property, payment, liability and dispute resolution survive where their nature requires.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business, technology or legal obligations. The version applying to an order is normally the version in effect when that order is accepted. The latest version and its effective date are published on this page.

23. Transfer of rights

You may not transfer an accepted customised order to another person without our agreement where that would change its specifications, delivery or legal requirements. We may transfer our rights and obligations only where this does not reduce your rights.

24. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and consumer orders are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection in the country or UK nation where you live. Please contact us first if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it.
